Refund policy

If you are reading this you may have ordered (or about to order) a product from us. We'd firstly like to thank you for supporting our business - we are committed to our customers and promise to deliver the highest quality products and customer service possible.

We want you to have a chance to experience the full benefits of our sleeping products, and to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. That is why we offer 30 day free returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product or change your mind and wish to return the product to us, just let us know at wecare@babydeepsleep.com. Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, please return that product to us within 14 days. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (your order number) and we will then confirm the returns postal address.

Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. All returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). If the product is returned, it must be washed at 30 degrees (without using a fabric softener and preferably with a neutral detergent). If the product has not been washed, a fee of EUR 25 will be deducted from the refund amount.

The right to cancel will not apply in respect of Personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification.

In the event that we supply substituted Goods to you, your right to cancel is as set out as above except that the cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by us.

Please note that any product you return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Before you post you must get proof of shipping and appropriate insurance cover from the shipping provider. If it gets lost in the post you will have to claim the value of the product back from your shipping company as we cannot refund a product we have not received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit or debit card, or PayPal), within 5-10 business days or a replacement product sent out.
