Delivery costs include mailing and packing costs. Detailed shipping costs are available after payment and the shipping method have been selected. 

All orders will be shipped from our central warehouse. When shipping to countries outside of the European Union, additional import duties may apply depending on your country.

We want you to get your Babydeepsleep® as soon as possible. That is why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can start seeing the benefits of Baby Deep Sleep products. Our team will start working on your order once the purchase has been completed. Please understand that weekends and holidays might affect the dispatch and shipping times. You will receive an email from us once the order has been dispatched (please check your junk mail for our email).

Our delivery network provides a trackable service, which usually takes around 3 working days depending on the service you choose.

In no event shall Baby Deep Sleep be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Baby Deep Sleep shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
