How to Use the Bodyotics ComfyCase Menstrual Cup & Disc Sterilizer Case
- Wash the menstrual cup sterilizer case thoroughly with an intimate-area-friendly soap before first use.
- Empty your period cup or menstrual disc after use and rinse with water.
- Place your menstrual cup or disc inside the case and fill it halfway with hot water.
- For microwave sterilization, heat the case (with lid slightly open) for approximately 3 minutes on medium heat - or until the water is steaming. Let it cool before handling.
- If you’re in a public restroom or don’t have access to a microwave, simply fill the case with hot tap water and let your menstrual product soak for a few minutes.
- Once complete, pour the water into the toilet.
- Rinse, dry, and reuse or store your menstrual cup or disc safely in the case.
